We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. (This is an entry-level position).

  • Entry-level position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
  • Written and spoken English language skills (required).
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proactive attitude towards tasks and activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Good understanding of Mexican accounting practices and tax regulations.
  • Perform periodic reconciliation for the general ledger
  • Assists with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Work with the company’s external accounting firm to prepare financial statements.
  • Assisting with the cashflow forecasting.
  • Assist the company’s external accounting firm to prepare monthly tax payments. Collect and manage SOWs, MSAs, NDA’s and any other project documentation.
  • Support tax diligence requests, as needed.
  • Follow up on each departments annual budget of expenditure.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
  • Be capable of working with the company’s legal and banking suppliers in both Spanish and English.
  • Communicating proactively with stakeholders between departments to improve financial and business processes in both Spanish and English
