Okudoc was born out of a market need for accessible and reliable Telemedicine. Offering a solution for two target markets—patients and medical professionals— increases the project's complexity.

Okudoc’s software development began with our Design Sprint service. This phase defines together with our clients, the most critical and risky assumptions for the timeline of the project.
With the use of selected pieces from Heroku and Amazon Web Services, we were able to leverage the Okudoc platform and service infrastructure with the necessary healthcare guidelines to be HIPPA compliant.

Create the platform’s core to show the best-fit physicians depending on proximity, medical attributes, and patient necessities.
Full end-to-end patient journey functionality: from targeted campaigns and patient interactions to measuring the most effective content in the platform. Additionally an NPS survey was done in order to close the loop and improve the overall service.
