The Terms and Conditions of use presented below (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between NAOUI SOFTWARE LABS, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. ("ICALIA"), whose website address is: www.icalialabs.com (the "Site") and any user of the Site. The use of the Site, by any person, attributes the status of user (the "User") and this implies their full and unconditional adherence to these Terms. Consequently, it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User, to previously read the Terms and their corresponding modifications, each time they access the Site. If at any time, the User does not fully or partially agree with these Terms, they must immediately refrain from using the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

The User acknowledges that entering and using the Site expresses their express acceptance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions of the version published at the time the Site is accessed, in terms of what is established by articles 1803 and 1834 Bis of the Federal Civil Code, 80, 81, 89 and other relative and applicable of the Commercial Code and the applicable legislation for the Mexican Republic. The User agrees to indemnify ICALIA and keep ICALIA and its officials, agents, employees, partners, and licensors safe from any claim or demand, as well as to cover reasonable attorney fees, promoted by any third party against ICALIA due to of the content that the User sends, publishes, transmits or provides in a way other than that provided on the Site. The foregoing without prejudice to the right of ICALIA, to take the necessary legal actions to claim the damages that said actions by the User could cause.

Responsibility regarding the contents.
